NEWS:

Hey District 27, are you all rested up and ready for some more Gymkhana? We're looking forward to seeing lots of you at the District 7 Geek Show June 18-20. That's gonna be a dandy. And then there's the Fire Cracker Frenzy down in Salinas at District 8, always fabulous fun over the 4th of July week end. Then the big day on Sunday,July 11 at 1 PM, our Year End Banquet and awards party. You should come join us that day whether you signed up for Year End or not 'cause it's so much fun and SOB will be fixing us a great picnic with Pulled Pork or Tri Tip Sandwiches, baked beans, salad and soda and to top it off a Pudding Shooter. Hmmmm, gotta try one of those! The picnic is free to all District 27 riders and their families as long as they RSVP to tell us they are coming and how many by July 5. Next on the calendar is State Championship Show at Hollister the end of July. It's a great place to camp and party with lots and lots of Gymkhana riders from all over California and enjoy the competition for wonderful prizes. I have never been able to go but every one says it's super fun.

Speaking of State Show, if you are going and want to ride in the Grand Entry with District 27 Lisa Bradley is making shirts for us to wear. They will be red, long or short sleeved button down shirts in men's and women's sizes with horse shoes and your name on the left pocket, our logo on the back and District 27 down the sleeve. Lisa is offering District 27 riders these shirts or Hoodies at a fantastic price of $30.00. You will need to order yours by July 5. I want one of these shirts whether I go to State or not!! She has finished our great new Red White and Blue flag and if we have a nice group all in Red Shirts we'll look great. If you are interested in carrying our flag in the grand entry please let us know. If you'd like to order something from Lisa there is a Pre-Order form attached to this email or you can call Lisa or email her. Both addresses are on the order form. You need to get that order to her by July 5 (just like your RSVP for the party).
