Thanks to all who worked so hard this year to help out. Bob and Becky Carroll did a fabulous job on the food and Amanda Martin did a great job of M.C. We had a blast and are really looking forward to the next season!!

It's finally here, our show season is about to start. On Saturday, November 8, District 27 will have our first show. We'll be running our Type A events which are Poles I, Figure 8 Stake, Key Hole, Speed Barrels, Birangle, Barrels and a rotating event. The rotating event this time is Quadrangle. We sign up at 9 and ride at 10 (assuming all goes well) and we're really looking forward to seeing all of you in Ione.

We had our first board meeting this past Tuesday and made lots of decisions about the new season. Kelly Croffoot and Becky Carroll brought lots of suggestions for prizes. We discussed the possibility of offering saddles for our year end high point prizes and decided we'll have to wait to see if we can get some sponsors to help defray the cost. Several of us are working on that and would welcome help or ideas from any of you.

BIG NEWS!! Robin Guthrie has our new web site up and running and it looks great. She has updated the Arena Records pages, the show schedule and events schedule and is showcasing Kelly Croffoot's great flyer on the home page. Check out the new Logo that Kelly designed with the Castle in the back ground. We're really getting professional looking. Be sure to look at the "Results" page where Robin has posted all those great pictures from our Awards Party.
